My Reiki session with, Lynn, left me feeling relaxed, centered and at peace. NYC is great but it can be stressful and the Reiki was just what I needed.
Experiencing Reiki is to experience total relaxation. If mental, physical and spiritual harmony can be enhanced in my body it would feel like this.
